Our objective is to promote research and education into the study of ophthalmology for the public benefit, primarily in Birmingham and the West Midlands

Supporting world-class scientific and clinical research into sight loss and other manifestations of eye disease

Education

Supporting the education and training of professionals involved in eye care and in ophthalmic research and education. Medical students are our future doctors and we provide Bursaries to help them go abroad on their elective projects and funding if they are presenting a research paper or poster at a National or International Conference

Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement
